Introduction
Series RCYD self-cleaning permanent iron separator is composed of iron separator and iron-discharging device. The iron-discharging device is made up of frame, cyclonical-pin gear speed reducer (hereinafter referred to as gear motor), driving and driven roller, supporting roller, belt pulley (chain wheel), triangle zone (chain) and discharging belt that fixed with scraper.It was made up of high remanence and high coercivity rare earth permanent magnet NdFeB material.which ensure the iron separator can be work in the harsh environment. RCYD Series Suspension magnetic separator is made up of high performance permanent magnetic core, discarded iron belt, deceleration motor, frame, drum and EPT parts.High intensity magnetic ensured that the magnetism can not be affected by environmental temperature and mechanical vibration.The surface of magnetic materia EPT is electroplated and treated with strict anti-corrosion during assembly.

Work principle
It is used to automatically remove ferromagnetic materia EPT from non-magnetic materials. RCYD series permanent magnetic separator is a kind of self-cleaning type to remove  iron and magnetic materials.In the processing of removing iron, the magnetic materia EPT went through the rotating conveyor belts to automatic throw out .and then it acheive our aim and get the materia EPT we need. 
This equipment has a wide range of applications, such as energy saving and power saving, convenient maintenance,cement,thermal power plant,metallurgy,mining,paper making,coal industry ,etc.

A: The warranty period of EPT equipments is one year. And of course we will supply the spare parts for you for life-long time at lowe EPT cost.

A:we accept the payment by T/T or Western Union or Cash, L/C .For T/T, the customer can choose 100% in advance or 30% in advance, and pay the 70% balance before shipment. 
4.Q: What is the shipping port?
A: Usually we ship from HangZhou port. If you want to ship from an EPT port we can coordinate with you.
5.Q: What is the lead time?
A: 30-45 days after payment and production drawing confirmation.
